The effectiveness of the strategy depends on many factors and their mutual cooperation, and its preparation and implementation requires direct cooperation with the client. Together, we determine who the recipient of communication is and through what channels we can communicate with them most effectively. We also carry out audits of current brand communication, analyze the market and competition, look for ways and tools to effectively reach customers and stand out in their perception. We find unique leitmotifs and determine the characteristic tone of voice. We take into account the plans and capabilities of the client and his resources for communication.
