On 1 March 2022, I took up the position of Head of Communication & Marketing and started to create Respect Energy's communication strategy - building the company's brand, being responsible for all communication and marketing activities of the Group and personal brand of its President - Sebastian Jabłoński.
The exceptionally dynamic development of the company and the owner's openness to - in line with his vision and company values - innovative, non-standard proposals, allowed me not only to create a modern, unique strategic concept, but also to fully implement a wide variety of projects, covering the entire spectrum of
communication design activities.
In addition to strategic and tactical activities aimed at brand development and positioning, I also have the pleasure of realising my artistic and organisational talents when designing the unique pavilions and other exhibition forms that are Respect Energy's showcase at major economic and industry events. The avant-garde forms of the pavilions, which are far from the standard, as well as the overall concepts of the Respect Energy meeting points earn praise from guests and participants at these events every time. I also carry out production and curatorial projects, as well as developing the company's patronage, partnership and sponsorship activities.
A unique field of my involvement are Respect Energy special projects, which each time grow beyond the frames of broadly understood communication and marketing fields and build the possibility of combining the best competences, forces and energies in a macroeconomic and society-wide perspective.
Supporting the implementation of the company's ESG strategy and initiating projects that develop Respect Energy's commitment to corporate social responsibility is also a very important area of my work.
On behalf of the Respect Energy Holding, I also manage and coordinate relations in the fields of public relations, media relations and public affairs.
Moreover, I build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from all reference groups - these include NGOs, industry organisations, opinion leaders, clients, business partners, academics, authorities and the international environmental community.
I have a pleasure of carrying out this work with a dedicated and creative Team that I have built from scratch. I also collaborate with the whole community of Respect Energy experts of different expertise and competencies.
The unique combination of business, science and art areas that I have proposed to Respect Energy as the axis of its marketing and communications strategy has brought my work, passions and abilities together in a harmonious whole. The company's image stands out not only in the energy sector, but also in the entire field of modern business.
My full commitment to these activities has had a very significant impact on achieving and reinforcing the company's goals and chosen direction: Respect Energy - a leader in the energy transition, a global organisation whose mission is to gradually convert all sources of energy to entirely renewable sources.
